We have officially opened our fall round of funding applications. To begin with Phase 1 of the application process, please fill out the following form HERE and submit before 5pm EST on September 30th, 2026.

Applications will be processed in order of receipt and one of our team members will follow up with you by October 20th, 2026. 

This first phase is designed to help us better understand your work, mission, and alignment with our funding priorities.
